Job Description:

As an Architect with us, you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing architectural projects that leave a lasting impression. From the initial stages of ideation to the final touches of implementation, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate vision into reality. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conceptualization and Design:

• Brainstorming creative concepts and developing innovative design solutions that align with project objectives and client requirements.
• Producing architectural drawings, renderings, and models using industry-standard software and techniques.
• Incorporating sustainable practices and principles of environmental stewardship into design proposals.

2. Project Management:

• Coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitoring progress against established milestones.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to oversee construction activities and resolve any design-related issues that may arise.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

• Effectively communicating design concepts and rationale to internal teams and external stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visual aids.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Prior experience in architectural design and project management is preferred but not required for fresher applicants.
