Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about our products and services, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously, adhering to quality standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and efficiently.
  2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  3. Assisting customers in resolving issues and escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
  4. Handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for a swift resolution.
  5. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  6. Meeting and exceeding performance targets, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  7. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  8. Continuously updating knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.


  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers' concerns.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related field is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
