Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting Customers: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Listening attentively to their concerns, understanding their needs, and providing accurate information and solutions.
  2. Problem Resolution: Effectively addressing customer issues, complaints, and escalations with empathy and diplomacy. Working diligently to resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  3. Product Knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  4. Order Processing: Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and status updates. Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and providing assistance with returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
  5. Documentation: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system. Following up with customers as necessary to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery.
  7. Quality Assurance: Adhering to quality standards and service level agreements to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Participating in quality assurance initiatives and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM systems and other software applications.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
