Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Whether it's answering questions, processing orders, or troubleshooting problems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Listen to customers' concerns, provide accurate information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Utilize company resources and guidelines to address concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  4. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments. Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and promptly.
  5. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all customer interactions. Follow established protocols and procedures to deliver consistent service excellence.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Update customer accounts with relevant information as needed.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to address customer needs and achieve company objectives. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Problem-solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Availability: Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
