Key Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  2. Phone Etiquette: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and courtesy, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor at all times.
  3. Problem Solving: Analyze customer issues efficiently, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively educate customers and promote brand loyalty.
  5. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions into the system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize workflow, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
  • Empathy: Ability to empathize with customers' concerns, demonstrate patience, and effectively de-escalate tense situations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software, and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
