Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and ensure a seamless transition for new employees into the organization.
  2. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues. Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and collaboration, and address any concerns or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and guide managers on performance evaluation and feedback. Identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement, and facilitate training initiatives as needed.
  4. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and proactively update policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
  5. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and other events to promote a positive work culture and strengthen employee retention.
  6. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address them. Collaborate with departmental managers to create personalized development plans for employees at all levels.
  7. HR Administration: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration, and handling payroll processing. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all HR transactions and documentation.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and other relevant HR tools and technologies.
