Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Spearheaded the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various levels and departments. Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent, both locally and nationally. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  2. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Implement policies and procedures to maintain a harmonious workplace culture.
  3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development initiatives. Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and monitor progress.
  4. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Identify training needs, conduct training needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness. Support career development initiatives to empower employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  5. HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  6. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, with a minimum of [X] years of experience for experienced candidates. Fresher candidates are also encouraged to apply.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
