Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team in Mohali. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to HR management, along with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent, both locally and nationally.
  2. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns. Implement policies and procedures to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
  3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to assess employee performance and facilitate professional development. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  4. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure alignment between training initiatives and organizational goals.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay abreast of changes in legislation and industry trends to ensure best practices in HR management.
  6. HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and information.
  7. Strategic Planning: Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
